  A note about scheduling: We schedule 15 minutes between clients, which allows us to provide a peaceful, unrushed environment. If you are trying to schedule our latest possible appointment, please call 443.364.9490. We may have a later appointment not available through the online scheduler.

New clients: In order to not cut into your actual massage time, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time in order to fill out paperwork. Or, if you prefer, you can print the forms here.


Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy - Our time together is important. We request that you cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours will result in a $25 service charge or forfeit of voucher. In case of an emergency, please let us know when canceling or rescheduling your appointment.

Lateness Policy - We request that you arrive early for your appointment. In order for us to uphold our professional standards of being on time.  Clients arriving late will receive a the remainder of their scheduled time and will be charged the full amount for the original service scheduled.  

Sickness Policy - Well Being Spa recognizes that both massage therapists and clients are vulnerable to infections and therefore ask clients to cancel appointments when they are feeling unwell. If a client has any of the following contagious illnesses the massage session will be rescheduled:

Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chicken Pox, Measles, Mumps, Meningitis, Hepatitis A, Conjunctivitis, Rubella, Head Lice, Impetigo, Influenza, Meningococcal Disease, Polio, Ringworm of the body, feet or scalp, Scabies, Thrush, Whooping Cough and the Common Cold.
